ORDERING
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express, Paypal and Square. You are charged upon placing an order. California residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
SHIPPING
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday (holidays excluded) from the date order was placed so long as items are in stock. If this piece is not available immediately, please allow two weeks for this process, as pieces are made to order. We will notify you when shipped. A shipment confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you. Mlance Designs is not responsible for shipping loss or theft.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders will be shipped by USPS Express Mail International. A shipment confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery from the shipment date. Please note, this does not take into account customs clearance delays that may arise.
International orders may be subject to import duty and tax depending upon the country in which you reside. The recipient is responsible for payment of these charges. Please check with your local customs office for details, as we are not able to provide estimates.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Please note all garments are handmade, natural hand dyed, and one of a kind with each its own characteristics that vary piece to piece. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, full priced items may be returned for exchange, refund or store credit, excluding shipping costs. To receive a refund on full priced item(s) and in the original form of payment, please observe the following:
All merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date and must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order.
The merchandise must be in, unworn, unwashed and new condition with original tags intact.
All returns must have a Return Order Number, which can be generated via email at inq@mlancedesigns.com, if possible please include the reason for return.
Insurance on your return package is recommended. Le-cui is not responsible for lost or damaged return items shipped.
If you want to exchange your piece for another size or a different piece please contact us at inq@mlancedesigns.com within 10 days, Custom pieces and or commissions are always welcome.
*Please note that all custom orders, sale items, undergarments, books and found objects are Final Sale.
GARMENT CARE POLICY
We recommend hand washing and/or dry cleaning to sustain your garment’s distinctive qualities. Leather embellishments on a piece should be left out of the water while hand washing.
